Thesis Statement

I've decided to do my proposal essay on mandatory study groups. I know we had people choose what was most important in class, but the one that was chose for me was the ethanol plant explosion. I thought about it and there is really nothing to propose; it was just something that happened one day, not a controversal decision. Mandatory study groups sound like a good idea to me; I could sure use one. I know many people would object to being in a study group, so I think it's a good topic. I'll talk about the reasons we should have mandatory study groups and the benefits that come from them, but I will also have the objecting side's opinion, of course.
